DNACoachassist helps you improve your coaching performance by analysing your recorded coaching sessions. This includes the use of partners for transcription and textual analysis. Our core principles in this approach are:

• Recorded files are kept only as long as needed to generate the transcription
• Your data is not used for training of any AI models, either by us or our partners
• We're fully compliant to the EU GDPR and AI acts, together the global gold standard in AI and digital privacy

Our Terms and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) contain comprehensive information about how your data is used, as well as your obligations when using DNACoachAssist. We ask that you review and accept both documents before continuing.

Additionally, we provide you with optional consent forms you can use with your clients. These are available inside the platform under 'support'.
